Command Flight Training has become the first flight school ever to train on Kangaroo Island!
Command Flight Training offers a full range of pilot training including the Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL) and the ever-popular Private Pilot Licence (PPL). We utilise Cessna 172 and Piper PA28 families of aircraft for our professional CASA certified flight training courses.
Our instructors (and aircraft!) will be making the trek over to KI on a regular basis, conducting flight training from Eleanor Downs Airstrip (10mins south of Parndana) and American River Airport (Muston Heights). If you have a suitable airstrip on your own property, we may be able to operate directly from there!
Kangaroo Island Pilot Training Details
Training with us on KI gives you access to our main base at Pallamana Aerodrome, Murray Bridge, with on-site accommodation and a wide range of aircraft for training and hire!
Trial Instruction Flight - $250 for 30mins! (Experience if flying is right for you!)
Full one hour lessons - $480/hr
